I have had a wonderful week, my DH and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary a true milestone but how wonderful. Our children took us and our friends out to dinner to celebrate. The day began with a dozen roses from my sister and her DH. Then our friends arrived at the door with Champagne on ice in a silver bucket and a dozen red roses. Then our daughter arrived and three of my children presented us with a card with a note saying that they are sending us on a trip to London England to visit some relatives. Well what a wonderful surprise we just could not believe it. Then we went off to dinner it was just a wonderful day all in all. Oh did I mention that my DH and I are also going on a cruise so I think we are very fortunate to have such great kids and wonderful friends.

Bunny life always has its ups and downs but you both look far too young to have been together for 50 years!!!!!! It made me so happy reading what you are up to together and seeing such happiness. Thanks for sharing. Hugs Glenda.
I agree with Glenda, you two must have gotten married while you were still in diapers! Congratulations. What a magnificent bunch of gifts you received. And yet, obviously the best gift is the life you share.

WOW a trip to London England. Oh what a treasured gift to spend time with some beloved friends there. Aren't kids just the best sweetie? I can't wait to see your posts that come from that trip.
