Well here it is Wednesday again boy these weeks just fly by. It has been another busy one for me. I managed to finish my Sister's portrait quilt and sent it off in the mail. Made some embroidered block for Esther's new quilt that I really have no business starting LOL. I could not resist and had some great fabrics to use in my stash. Did some embroidery for a special friend, and sent it off in the mail. Had Doctors appointments one with my GP to fill out paperwork. I also had pre op at the hospital and today an appointment with the surgeon. Trying to get a few things organized around the house before next Friday. There is always lots to do. I did manage to have lunch with a friend today and enjoy the beautiful weather we are having just now. Hope everyone is enjoying their day. WOW Bunny, and I don't mean WIPs on Wednesdays! Love your portrait, and I really love your embroidery and blocks. I think your quilt is going to look really dramatic!

What a great portrait quilt! I started one of my daughter and then got cold feet when it came time to stitch paint. I'll have to get it back out soon.
Love your colors for the Ester quilt. I'm planning to do that one after I finish my Double Wedding Ring. One of my favorite verses in the bible.
That's amazing, Bunny! I bet your sister will be very happy when she receives it in her mailbox.
I love the portrait quilt. Does your sister know it's coming? Beautiful surprise for her if she doesn't.
Portraits I haven't attempted yet. The idea of doing one just scares me a bit.
Your portrait quilts just get better and better. And I am so envious of your Peaceful Pathways being started already. I have really pooped on completing Heart's Desire and can't wrap my mind around colors for PP. Maybe next month when I get some of my quilting time back I can get back in the groove. Meanwhile, I hope your surgery goes really well and you recover as fast as possible.
Wow, Bunny - love that quilt! And your new quilt is going to look beautiful!
Didn't this portrait just come together beautifully? I do love it and seeing it finished is a real treat. Thank you.
Your embroidery blocks look wonderful.
Bunny you have been super busy, I feel dizzy reading your post!
Seeing your Peaceful Pathways colours set my creativity juices flowing those colours are stunning. There is such a Hugh contrast from a portrait quilt to a pieced quilt. I have always been in awe of portrait artists & you capture a feeling in each of yours Bunny. Time for bed after 11pm down under!!!!Cheers Glenda
